My daughter’s cheer squad used these for practice last week, and the metallic strands really catch the light during routines. They’re lightweight enough for the younger kids to shake easily without getting tired.

Those shiny black metallic strands really catch the gym lights during routines, and the handles are sturdy enough for the girls to shake them hard without slipping. We've used them for a week of afterschool practice and they've held up great so far. Exactly the pep rally energy we needed.
