POP for Letters™ Game

My daughter begs to play this almost every night, and she's actually sounding out letters now instead of just guessing. The suspense of pulling a POP card keeps her hooked way longer than flashcards ever did.

The popcorn-shaped cards are what sold my son on it — he grabs a handful and doesn't even realize he's drilling letter sounds. The POP card adds just enough suspense that he begs for one more round before bed.

The suspense of pulling a POP card keeps my kindergartener on the edge of her seat every round. We've used the popcorn cards to drill letter sounds for about ten minutes a night and she's already recognizing more of them on her own.
