Melissa & Doug® Metal Shopping Cart Toy

The metal frame actually holds up better than our plastic carts did—my son drags it across the kitchen floor daily and it barely has a ding. He loves that it mimics a real cart with that clunky metal feel, and the basket is big enough to haul a week’s worth of play groceries.

My toddler loves loading up her play food, and the cart rolls smoothly even on our area rug without tipping over. The handle is a little short for my tall kid, but she manages fine.

The metal frame makes this shopping cart feel sturdy, and my kid loves how the handle folds up just like a real one. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but it still holds plenty of play food for hours of pretend grocery trips.
