Melodie

The kids gravitate toward it immediately during recess. Each note rings out so clearly and twinkly across the playground, even in a light breeze. The compact freestanding base is sturdy enough that I don't worry about it tipping over.

My kids have been obsessed with figuring out different tunes on this since we put it in the backyard. The nine notes have a surprisingly clear, bright ring that carries well across the lawn. It’s sturdy enough for daily playground use and really holds their attention.

We mounted this on a low post in our school garden and the nine notes ring out clearly even on windy days. The only reason it's not a 5-star is because the stand could be a bit more stable for active play, but the sound is truly lovely.
