믹스 잇 업!

My 4-year-old was mesmerized by the "tap here" prompts and actually gasped when colors appeared to splatter on the next page. It's rare to find a book that gets such genuine, quiet engagement from a wiggly kid.

My 3-year-old immediately started tapping the pages to make the colors "splatter" just like the book said. It's so much more engaging than a typical bedtime story, and he laughs every time we get to the vanish part.

Following the instructions to make colors appear and disappear kept my 3-year-old completely focused for almost half an hour. I just wish the pages were a little sturdier for repeated toddler use.
