My kids have been fascinated watching the teeth grip and release as it rocks forward and back — it’s simple but it really sparks questions about how things move. The hardwood feels solid and smooth, no splinters after a week of heavy play.

The back-and-forth motion is so satisfying to watch, and the teeth lock together with a solid click that feels sturdy. It’s a simple, durable piece of hardwood that’s held up to daily play without a scratch.

The kids figured out the teeth connections pretty fast, and it’s sturdy enough to survive daily pushing. I just wish the motion was a bit smoother, since it can catch when they go too quick. Still, it’s doing its job for our simple physics lessons.
