Add this new trend in seating to any space to provide an area that children can go if they are feeling lonely or left out on the playground. This signals other children on the playground that they would like to be included.
Ideal as Buddy Bench.
The curved shape really stands out, and it gives kids a clear visual cue that this spot is for quiet time or a friendly chat. It’s sturdy enough for everyday playground use, and I like that it’s low to the ground so little ones can sit down without any help.
My daughter's school got one of these, and it's already helped a few kids find someone to play with. The bench itself is sturdy and exactly the right height for kindergartners. I just wish it came in a few more color options.
