The slatted back keeps the soil from spilling out when I’m repotting, and the hinged roof actually pops open for easy access. My seedlings are thriving under this sheltered setup.

It does what it says—the planter box sides are deep enough for a few herbs and the counter is handy for potting, but the wood arrived with a couple of rough splinters I had to sand down. Sturdy enough for a kid, though I wish the finish were a bit more polished for the price.
