Unit Blocks are an essential tool for children to learn through play. Our beautiful hardwood blocks have sanded beveled edges that are soft and smooth, perfect for little hands to play with. Unit Blocks were developed in the early 1900s by an early childhood educator that saw the value in using visual tools to introduce basic concepts of mathematics and critical thinking through play. All blocks are built off of the same standard unit and encourage problem-solving, self-expression, imagination, mathematics, and self-esteem, science, and social-emotional growth. Make sure your classroom is complete with a set of our lifetime-guaranteed unit blocks!
