When the large indigo petals are struck on this flower they emit a rich, long-sustaining gong. This flower is so sculptural it will be enjoyed as soon as it is seen, but will enchant you with its tones for additional delight.
The moment I saw this flower sitting on my shelf I knew it was special, but the deep, resonant gong when I tapped the largest petal completely exceeded my expectations. That rich tone lingers beautifully, making it both a stunning decoration and an interactive piece.
The gong tone when you strike those big indigo petals is genuinely deep and lingers for ages—it's the first thing guests comment on. It's as much a sculpture as an instrument, and I'm honestly surprised how much presence it gives the whole room.
