Role-playing takes on a realistic dimension with this open-mouth 9" hand puppet that depicts a multi-ethnic man in the non-sexist career role of a construction worker. Using hand puppets helps children improve their cognitive skills through role-playing and using their imagination. This hand puppet has a soft stuffed head with embroidered facial features, yarn hair, and permanently attached clothing. For more career puppet options or the entire set of 6, see below.

Grace I. ★★★★★

My nephew loves making this little construction worker "talk" with its movable mouth, and the realistic career outfit is a great detail. The puppet fits my hand comfortably, so I can easily put on a little show for him for hours. It's wonderful for encouraging imaginative play about different jobs.

Jason W. ★★★★☆

The mouth opening is wide enough for a child's hand to move easily, and the face has good detail for role-play. It’s sturdy for the price, though the fabric could be a bit softer. A solid prop for career day at school.
