Eli N. ★★★★★

My daughter was nervous about starting kindergarten, and this book about Ella's first-day jitters gave us the perfect opening to talk through her feelings. The CD is a nice bonus for car rides, and the story's gentle humor had her giggling by the end.

The CD makes it easy for my daughter to follow along on her own, and the story about Ella's first-day nerves really resonated with her before kindergarten. We've listened to it at least five times this week, and she keeps asking for "the scared little elephant" again.
