木製呼吸板套組 | 環保減壓與書寫技能發展工具

I was skeptical at first, but the smooth, natural wood surface actually makes tracing the shapes feel calming. My daughter uses it before homework to reset her focus, and it’s helped her slow down noticeably.

The grooves are deep enough that my kids actually slow down and trace them, and it’s helped my youngest settle during homework meltdowns. I’ve been using it in our calm-down corner every day this week—it’s sturdy, smooth, and just feels grounding to hold.

The engraved wooden boards are nicely weighted and the grooves guide little fingers perfectly for tracing the breathing patterns. My only small wish is that the set came with a few more boards since my students fight over them during calm-down time.
